computer has been doing this thing where it will kinda shut off.. i lose all i/o ports and power button. the only way to turn off at this point is to unplug or switch off psu.

its starting to get pretty annoying and i was wondering if it was the windows 7 os i downloaded from this link

or its my mobo, although im quite sure its the os.. ive updated it but it did fail some of the older updates

I would say its the OS, I've had this a few times. I am not quite sure what causes it but all i did was reinstall a new OS from piratebay and used windows loader to activate and it took care of the problem. now this is what I did, i'm not the best when it comes to these problems so i would only do this as a last resort..
