i need help with the cheapest under $100 case that will fit a h100i

also i want to cut down on cost while still keping the cpu,gpu,and hard drives

You can get a 750 watt PSU, and the case I would suggest is the bitfenix shinobi. Other than that you shouldn't cut down on any costs unless you are not planning on overclocking, but if you are not planning on overclocking, you shouldn't be looking to buy the h100i.

the reason i want the 850 w is because i want the possablility to sli the 670  

and yes i do plan to oc

Good sir you do not need a 800watt for SLI GTX670's, a quality 650watt will do the job just fine. Here is a link to the power consumption of a i7 965 OC+ GTX670 SLI: http://www.guru3d.com/articles_pages/geforce_gtx_670_2_and_3way_sli_review,4.html

433watts under full tilt with a OC i7-965 CPU that consumes gobs of power, a quality 650watt will do well. XFX 650 for example is a good value if you are in the US or Canada.
