Help with new system

I am building a new pc and having trouble deciding on a cooler for a 3570k, i want to get around 4.5ghz.

And no I don't want a 2500k.

My budget for the cooler is around $50-60.

I was going to get the 212 Evo, thoughts?

I also still havent got my motherboard, thinking about a asrock extreme 3.

I like this one to fyi Blue led (keeps my friends 2600k @4.6 under 70c and quiet ) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835118091

but if your cass will fit a h100 go for a h100

the Thor v2 is not that good of a case.

Corsair Vengeance Series C70 comes in black, white, and military green

if you want to water cool I love this cass: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119160

Im thinking about the cooler master, how much of a difference do you think that CM cooler would have over the 212 Evo? and h100 cost too much

I don't have much opinion on the coolers you've mentioned, but I would suggest looking into the samsung 30nm ram here if you plan on using a tower cooler

Pay attention to the fact that the listed CAS11/1600Mhz is at 1.35v, once you increase the voltage to ~1.5v you'll be able to tighten the timings to CAS7-8 at 1600mhz, or CAS9-10 at 1866/2133Mhz. And it's ultra low profile, so you can pretty much buy any CPU heatsink you want without memory clearance problems.

Check out the scythe mugen 3, its a godly beast for the price, i overclocked an i5 2500K with no problem to 4,9Ghz!

For your motherboard i can recommend the asus p8z77-v line of motherboards (there are quite a few variations of it) or the Asus z77 Sabertooth (wich i would of got if i had an extra £20 at the time of my build). and i can recommend the nzxt phantom 410, damn this case is huge and awesome. and meh your graphics card is good but i prefer Nvidia;s line of gpu's

all in all i think your build is good
