Help With My Build

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/I2fa

trying to keep the "base total" under $1200 using newegg only, and the "total" after everthing under about $1150 IF it's possible to get it to $1100(any type of total, still newegg only)or less while still keeping to the guidelines PLEASE do so

the only thing i can think to completely drop is the CPU cooler, but only if the stock one is good enough for a slight OC (3.8-4.2ghz, prob just 3.8)

other than that, you can not straight up delete ANY components, and you can't change anything but these

Case (make sure it has front panel usb 3, decent airflow, no less than 2-3 fans no smaller than 120mm, can support an ATX mobo, and has a handle[if it's impossible, forget the handle, but i really like the handle idea])

Monitor (min. 20 inch 60hz 5ms 1920x1080[or better], has an hdmi port, and is decent)

AND NO I WILL NOT TORRENT/PIRATE/OR STEAL WINDOWS IN ANY OTHER WAY, I AM NOT A THIEF!! YOU CANNOT CHANGE MY MIND!!

Here you go. This cooler will be enough to push the the 3570k to 4.5 GHz.

Complete disregard. Where is the monitor, keyboard, mouse, mousepad, and disc drive? I'm betting you only SKIMMED the post, And even then you only skimmed to the closest number then sent me this. Sorry, but this is UNsatisfactory. Reading the ENTIRE post THOROUGHLY would be very helpful.

Sorry. I thought you said you had a monitor. Do some research yourself.

You didn't say you needed a monitor or say you needed a mouse, keyboard, etc.

piret windows

You can grab a cheaper 23" monitor maybe for $150ish by asus, it has hdmi etc all your needs. http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-monitor-vh238h

Other than that your build looks a-ok to me, but hard drives gunna be a bit slow, though
