Help with M-ITX Build

Hello fellas, I'm still in japan and I have a sweating shit build right now:
Case: some no-name really small m-ATX case, you could think it was for an ITX build. NO fan mounting options.
CPU: i5 750
GPU: GTX 970 (itx?)
Motherboard: Asus P7H55-M
PSU: silverstone sfx 450watt

I have pre-ordered/backed the DAN A4 case on kickstarter.

I will be re-suing PSU, SSDs, GPU from current build so all I need help with is CPU, Motherboard and possibly RAM (no less than 16gb)

Now I'm looking for some decent ITX stuff to put into it, I've been looking at the Skylake line of cpus namely the 6700 and the 6700K

Now I don't think I'll be able to overclock much, if at all in the DAN case but the higher baseclock of the K cpu is desirable?
and with a K cpu I'd need a z170 chipset to go with it?

I've scoured JP Amazon for ITX z170 motherboards but they ALL have HORRIBLE connections at the back, I'm a bit pedantic and want a nice layout on the ports.

as of right now it looks like a ASRock Z170M-ITX/ac is my best option.

This all comes to about 560 usd (60000 yen) when paired with some corsair vengeance lpx 8GBx2 ddr4 sticks. not counting the case which is already paid for.

I will be aiming towards a GTX 1080 early next year.

looks like that processor is an LGA1156 socket, so your motherboard should support that. Also you have support on the mobo for ddr3 memory (ram) so consider looking for some ddr3 ram. I'd consider getting Hyperx ram https://www.amazon.co.uk/HyperX-FURY-16-Memory-Module/dp/B00J8E8Y5C/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1473430157&sr=8-2&keywords=hyperx+ram - this is the ram that i use, its clocked at 1866MHz if that would suit your build

if it wasn't clear enough I'm moving from an m-atx formfacotr to m-itx and in the process moving to socket 1151 / skylake.

ah my bad

bump, anyone with any thoughts?

Should just stick to the i7 6700 for the performance per dollar aspect given that you wouldn't need a Z170 board for it

10fps difference at most after an OC to 4.6ghz, both still well over 60fps
