Help with first build

Hey guys and girls!

So I'm thinking of building a PC. I will use it for gaming and coding, and I'm probably going to use UDK and CryEngine SDK in the future. I live in Sweden and my prefered retialer is komplett.se.

Here's a list of the parts I had in mind: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1UCvI

I want to be able to play most new games maxed out at 1080p at about 30 FPS.

I do not plan on overclocking anytime soon.

I have about 70 bucks left in my budget, so what do you guys think I should spend the money on?

Should I add some fans, get a better PSU to make it CrossFire-Ready, buy a CPU-cooler, get a better motherboard or just spend the money on a better GPU?

Personally, I would not change much. I would however do the following:

For the motherboard go with an MSI 970A-G46 ATX AM3+

With the money you save and the extra 70 bucks go for an R9 280x or a GTX 770.

Thank you for your suggestion! The Gigabyte GA-970A-D3P is currently on sale though, which makes it quite a bit cheaper than the MSI 970A-G46. Should I still go for the MSI or should I go for the Gigabyte?

The Gigabyte's fine if you can get it cheaper.

This PSU will save you a bit http://www.komplett.se/k/ki.aspx?sku=773374

And if you can swing this GPU I would spend your extra money on the video card. http://www.komplett.se/k/ki.aspx?sku=801267

I don't think you'll need more memory than the 8GB you already have selected. I'm a software engineer and my work machine has 8GB and I haven't had any issues with that.

Alright! That seems like a great plan. Thank you!
