Help with cpu cooler?

Hello

 

I have a phenom 2 x3 with a cooler master v8 cooler. My friend gave me a phenom 2 x6 1090t cpu. Should I keep the v8 or go with something else? I dont want to unless I would have a real advantage.  Any help would be nice.

 

Also I am flat broke at the moment.  Well I have a few bucks

thanks. I was gonna get an h70 for 70 bucks not guess i dont have too

I have a coolermaster V8 and it keeps it cool running around 4.5GHz

Holy jumping! what cpu u have to be running at 4.5?
