Can someone please explain, what the benefits of using multiple data lines from a router to a switch would be. Why would you use multiple data lines from a server to a switch.
Everyone says that, using multiple data lines from a server to a switch helps move data faster, but if your only using one data cable from the switch to the end device, then your data transfer rate should be limited by your end device.
Can someone help explain what you would gain from doing this, and what the cons to this are as well.
Thanks as always guys.
