Help Ugrading Laptop Wi-Fi Card

I have a Toshiba Satellite L55-B5357 and want to upgrade the Wi-Fi card. Suggestions on what to replace it?

Is there any reason why you want to upgrade your wifi card? Do you know what your current one is?

I'm fairly sure your laptop, along with a lot of others, use mpcie. I've had good luck with Intel NICs. The Intel 8260 or Intel 7260 are ones I'd recommend.

reason being that the one in it is literal shit. my phone has better reach and speed.

Usually you buy USB dongle style wifi adapters instead. The internal laptop ones aren't really worth upgrading.

Laptop Wifi cards are usually pretty specific on what models so you cant basically slap in another Wifi card from another laptop or something you will need to look up the motherboard to see what Wifi card it can support. Your better off getting a USB Wifi Dongle.

Thanks guys. I'll just get this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA6PF3SH8500
