Help troubleshooting email server, emails ending up in spam

Okay so a technician got back to me on the issue.

They basically said that it's not their problem and I need to get it unblacklisted myself, otherwise I have to constantly try new IP addresses until I find something that's not blacklisted.
Yeah, how about no thanks...

I'm definitely considering moving my email server to a new host or any other option. Suggestions? It doesn't have to be fast or anything since it's only doing emails.

Wait, are you hosting it from home? or how do you get "new" ip adresses. I mean, from my datacenter I don't get a "new" ip "just for fun"?

I'm not hosting from home.
I can release and reserve IP addresses as needed as long as I pay for the time they are reserved.

mhmmm.. ok. Switch hoster; that sounds wired to me as that is actually playing the ball to spammers and other as they way to easy can get a "fresh" ip at first, untill the whole provider is blacklisted
