Help! Things aren't working!

I'm not entirely sure what I did, but I know I must've messed something up somehow. One day my speakers simply stopped working, they were working fine, and then they just stopped, i plugged them into my phone, and they worked fine. My rear audio and front audio is what just stopped working, my headphones don't work in front audio, and my speakers don't work in rear, not at the same time, not separately. What I ended up doing was plugging in my Blue Yeti microphone via USB, and plugging in my speakers to that. The problem with that is, if i want to get a volume loud enough to what I consider acceptable movie watching volume, which isn't blast your face off loud, just loud enough so that when someone whispers I can still hear it, I digress, when I turn up to that acceptable volume, there is an excruciatingly loud humm that only happened when it was plugged into the mic. Obviously the problem is, my motherboard, i've done everything from re-installing audio drivers, to registry edits, nothing works, neither the front audio, nor the rear, is detected, not at all. It's too late to RMA the mobo, my only option is a sound card. Until I find an acceptable sound card, is there any way to fix this loud hum?

Wow holy shit nevermind I'm a fucking retard... my microphone wasn't, I thought I had it muted this whole time, and obviously when it's muted it doesn't humm. I'm not gonna pretend I know a lot about audio, but i'm assuming it's either internal noise, or some kind of reverb, I may just be talking out of my ass here, but either way im happy, problem solved.

Try disabling the front/rear output in windows advanced audio settings and make sure that your speaker output is set to default. I don't think the audio chipset up and died, I think the problem is software related
