Help please! INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE

I had been running my computer at a stable overclock of 4,5GHz, at 1.2volts. I started having issues a few days ago where I would get an occasional BSOD (WHEA_uncorrectable_error) and from what I gathered it could be the result of to much voltage to the CPU and high temps (my temps were rarely over 50C).

I decided to lower the OC since I don't really need it. I wanted to set it back to the default config and just use the TurboBoost feature to handle any minor OCing. The second I went into the BIOS and changed it back to the default settings and rebooted I got a new BSOD, a INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE error. Now I can't get into windows and I have no idea how to fix the issue.

My research says that this error can be caused by changing BIOS settings, but I don't know how to go about fixing this now. Any help you can provide would be much appreciated.

Here are my specs, let me know if you need anything else:

i5-4690K (Corsair H110i GT cooler)
R9 390X
Win 10 Home 64bit
MSI Z97 G45 LGA1150

Does your boot drive show in BIOS?

The boot order could have been changed when resetting the BIOS, you may want to look into that.

It shows as the primary boot device still.

I just changed a setting from AHCI mode to RAID mode and it booted fine... I guess I had it set to that before? Why would that have made the system unbootable? I currently only have a single SSD in my PC...

You may have a flat CMOS battery that changed your BIOS settings. You may want to get that looked at.

If you change the sata port modes to a diffrent value for example ahci to ide mode or whatnot,
then indeed it does not boot anymore.
