Help on a $515 build

I want to build my first gaming pc and I am on a strict $515 budget. I am currently turn between two builds. I intend to play skyrim modded (with an enb). So which build would have better performance? Also leave some suggestions if you have any.

I'd take Build 1.  However, if you can get a good ATX motherboard and ATX case, it would be much betetere as the 760G is old and not really made for the FX series of CPUs.

It's cheaper to get a 8gb usb stick and ditch the cd drive.

I don't think you'll have a playable (30+ fps) modded game with that video card but if you lower the resolution it will be fine.

Skyrim will run on high unmodded at HD resolution.
