HELP! Need A Cpu, Gpu, and Motherboard for $500

This is the first time I have built a computer. I already have the psu, storage, case, os, and disk drive. I am not sure what i should get for the cpu, gpu, and motherboard, as I only have $500 usd left to spend.

The rig will mainly be used for video editing (adobe primier) and gaming.

The GTX 760 should work well with adobe premiere; although, here recently, there has been mention of Adobe Premiere utilizing AMD cards.  So, here's another option to consider...

Just noticed you didn't list RAM.  You'll need RAM as well, if you don't already have any.
