Help! MS Access Macro Broken

Hey all. I have a problem at work that needs attention, and actual study.

Basically they've been using this document since 97'. Although it's not the same document per say, it's been resaved through 'save as', as a new accdb document.

The user has no idea what the macro does, but it's entitled "file / placement sheet macro". She clicks on a button in the document to initiate this macro'. To be honest, I'm not sure what the document is for and how she uses it either. I'm sure that's pretty relevant, but I didn't want to hinder the user from working, and she said this wasn't urgent yet.

Take a look at this screenshot.

That is what I'm getting. Additionally when closing Access, I get "this is not a valid path". as an alert box. I click OK and the process dies.

I've totally re-installed MS Office.

So basically, where can I learn VB for access? Or how to create macros? Do you guys have any recommendations for what to do?

The real question here is... do I buy a book? is there a bunch of videos somewhere that I could use? I feel like having this knowledge also will help me do my job in the future.
