So first i got 8gb ram but one of them was bad thats why i'm with 4 atm.
Also the CPU_FAN pins on the motherboard stoped working few months ago so im using a normal SYS_FAN2 for my CPU i set it manualy so its working fine.
Also i removed the turbo from the cpu settings so its default without turbo.
I have the videocard drivers clean installed.
Now the problem is this sometimes when i play a game the monitor goes black but the PC stays on(tried using the numlock key to see if it worked, it didn't).
The main issue is i can't find out whats the source of this problem.
I run a CPU tests,GPU tests,RAM tests everything works fine so i can't find a way to force the error and see where its coming from.
I'll be very happy if someone can help me out here.

Does it only happen during gaming?
I doubt this will work but try vsync, might be something to do with frames not matching the refresh rate but is very unlikely
Check your video cable is properly connected both ends, update video card drivers, if still not succesful update motherboard drivers like your BIOS.
