I'm buying a 32gb ram 6core rig and i am just wondering is it worth buying ultimate if its 130 pound over professional witch is 70 pound.

Because the ultimate version has "OEM DSP OEI LCP SP1" witch i have no idea what it means and professional just says "SP1 & Coa Key" and says its OEM. I don't know the difference and am wondering witch one is best.

I don't want windows 8 because i don't know how to use it and home premium can only handle 16gb ram at max so it wont work for me.
