Help me with $450 Rig

I only have $450 to spend on a rig, but I think that should be enough, as I don't plan on playing any games more advanced than League of Legends or Starcraft 2.

I don't plan on basing future upgrades from components already in this rig, so I mainly just want the best preformance possible out of this.

I already have a hard drive (with OS) and monitor, so I don't need those to be included, but everything else I'll be needing. I was planning on just getting what Logan had recommended for the $550 build, but then downgrading the 7870 to a 7770, and that came out to $450. However, before I went and bought this, I wanted to see if there would be a better build for this price. Thanks for helping.

You could possibly get an AMD A10?

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/tcMd Here is what i came up with for under $450

CPU: Phenom II x4 965 BE, the bench marks are compareable to the FX4300 but for $25 less, it seems it is around 7010fps lower then the FX4300 in games. Here is the bench 965BE vs FX4300 http://www.anandtech.com/bench/Product/102?vs=700

Hyper 212 Evo for OC and/or cooling

Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 M-atx: Cheapest mobo i could find that had decent reviews on Newegg, im sure someone can recomend you a better one.

4Gb Crucial Ballistix Sport DDR3-1600: Cheap and it works.

HD7850: For the price($175) it is hard to find a better bargain, here is a bench of how it does agaisn't your planned HD7770 http://www.anandtech.com/bench/Product/549?vs=536 The difference is quite dramatic!

XFX 550W: More then enough for a 7850 or 7870, heck i bet it can handle a 7950 as well with the OC on your CPU.

The HD7850 will definitely put a solid block of hurt on the games you mentioned, along with many MANY others as well.
