Help me pick the perfect 32inch tv!

I want a  32inch 1080p Freeview HD TV But which one? I am going to use it for my xbox 360 and Wii U but my concern is that I do want a from a tv is with good response time and one that can show the deep colour of black. Please Help me with this.

Oh and also I live in the UK and have a limit of £350.

I would look more towards plasma for good response time and excellent color depth as well. I have been very happy with mine for COD and any kinect game (not played many other on the TV yet). They can run high in price, higher than LED, but I don't think it would beat your budget.
