So here is the finished parts list, a couple of the peripherals I had as mentioned and there are a few other things added in, IE the better case fans and CPU cooler.
Total cost was around $1700 however I have sold the CoolerMaster Seidon I bought to go back to the Pure Rock air cooler (I prefer air cooling).
I will post a proper build thread when the last few parts (fans and CPU cooler) arrive.
