Help me improve this build <3

I'm wanting to improve this build, not to make it more expensive, but to replace parts with "better" parts thats might be cheaper than what I picked.

This PC is going to be used in gaming, streaming, rendering, etc etc.

if you want you can get 4690k for 100$ cheaper and get more rame or better cpu cooler

I wanna get that CPU, but i enjoy the i7's more. I like to have an i7 over i5 lol. Personally.. However, more Ram? I do plan on getting more after I buy it. I think 8 should be okay for now. Also, I dont plan on overclocking, should I still get a better cpu cooler?

If you really want to get the i7 drop the i7k and get the non k i7. Drop the cooler, your not over-clocking so its not needed.

change from 2x4GB of ram to 1x8GB, its cheaper and youll have more expansion room for the future.

That motherboard is overkill. You could get this for $70 cheaper and it will still give you lots of expansion and future proofing.

i7 4790k will be perfect for what you want to do with the PC. Personally I alway buy the K editions because there is only a small price difference, you get a better return on a K edition if you ever wanted to sell it and there is always to option to overlock if in the future you decided you need a little bit more power.

8GB of RAM will be more than plenty, there is a good chance you will never hit 8GB unless you are playing with massive photoshop files etc.

The cooler is a great cooler for the price and you can get 2x4GB RAM in dual channel mode then upgrade to 2x8GB later. RAM seems to hold its value very well so you can easily recoup the money back from the 2x4GB to pay for the 2x8GB.

Slightly tweaked it to my liking. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/swJ7dC

Don't step down from your 4790k, It might run you a little more now, but we're talking about a PC that'll last you 3 to 4 years.

EDIT: and if you want to save a little more money, Amazon is selling SeaSonic SS-850KM3 power supplies for $100. They are brand new OEM bulk repackaged power supplies and are listed under the "used tab." BUT I purchased one and I can assure you that they are brand new, plus it's sold by the Amazon warehouse so you know they wont lie. 850w, 80+ gold, fully modular, silent fan mode switch, etc.

I like the build, however, do I really need that CPU cooler? I wouldn't mind getting the H80i, but I dont plan on overclocking.

The Motherboard is cheaper, will i be losing performance, or anything that will effect performance if i go with that motherboard?

I would go with an 8350.

a motherboard will not affect your performance, just can limit expansion.

I had a earlier build that was around 950-1000$ with the AMD 8350. But, the i7 4790K gives alot more performance, and its only 150 or so more.

Why would you go with 8350? Just wondering.
