I have this problem that at each time that I want to play to GTAO on my PC, I'm just stuck on the loading screen forever. I load in story mode in less than one minute and I'm able to access GTAO from my brother PC which is on the same switch and the same steam account as me so I don't understand anything. I've contact Rockstar without any luck and I'm tired to look on the Internets so I'm asking to you guys if you can be my saviors.
Any idea?
I've done it 4 times now and countless verifying cache integrity in Steam
The game have all the firewall permissions and even when i disable the firewall and the anti-virus it doesn't change anything.

Im sorry but I have to run through the basics, ive never had a loading issue in my 450+ hours
I know how it feels, running google page to google page, trick after trick to no avail, I had this issue with Star Citizen
Priority set to high, run as administrator and even in Windows 8 comptability mode (my brother run Windows 8.1, me Windows 10), no changes
let me know the hardware in both machines, there might be a setting syncing across machines that may be causing the game to bug
I run a Z170 Asus motherboard with GTX 960, a i5-6400, 16 GB of ram ddr4 fury hyperx and a 850 EVO as the boot drive. My brother run a Z87 EVGA motherboard with a GTX 750, the K i7 haswell (not overclock), 8 GB of ram ddr3 fury hyperx a 840 Pro as a boot drive.
odd, there should be no issues there since CPU and GPU remain in the same make unless there is something fucky with 6000s that may be migrating from the i7 there
have you put in a ticket with rockstar support or made a post in the rockstar forums?
they may yeild better results sooner
I have already contacted Rockstar support but it was only like: forward ports on your router, disable your firewall, uninstall and reinstall the game, bla bla bla and it didn't yield any result. And I don't want to reopen another ticket so I'm asking first as there is more chance of someone who is actually competent here.

im not sure what might be the issue im rocking an i5 4690k and a r9 390x and previously a 7950
and i know @kewldude007 over there is on the bigger brother of my processor the i7 4790k with previously a 970 and now a 980ti
and we haven't had these issues, we'll need to hunt down someone who is on a 6000 series cpu and ask them how it acts
I had a similar issue. It turned out to be a problem with a corrupted save file and Games For Windows Live being broken. I was able to get around it by first logging into single player then hopping over to online from there.
How would Games for Windows Lives would interfere with GTAV that I bought on Steam?
My bad, I meant the Rockstar Network/Social Club thing. It has been awhile since I've had the issue. However, it would hang on the loading screen indefinitely. I'm fairly certain I had to reinstall the Social club and fiddle with my save files. I can go more in depth when I get home.
how long you actually waited for it to load? GTA Online just takes ages to load and its not probably your computer but more like their servers trying to find lobby for you.
You can try go to SP, then create invite only lobby in Online

I had GTA on my 5400 rpm drive once and it literally took 5+ minutes to load into online... you sure you aren't just giving up on it too fast? what kind of drive is it on?
The longest I wait was 45 minutes, so it's not because it tooks a lot of time. And when we tried on my brother's pc, it took like 1 minute to access online. And when I click the online thing in the menu while in story mode, it says that I need to be connect to the social club. But I press caps lock and I can enter in the social club profile thingy and I'm shown to be at the same time online and offline.
The game now is on a 1TB Sandisk Ultra II
