I want to build a Gaming PC for around 600-700 USD, but i don't really know witch parts to choose.. I would prefer AMD over Intel ( because AMD is less expensive ) but if i can build something good with an i5 at that price range it would be good. I wanted to go AMD with a FX-8350, eight core, 4.0 Ghz... but i can't find a motherboard for it (... Here in Romania..btw PC part are more expensive here).
I would suggest maybe going with a FX 6300, since it's far cheaper and pretty good. From a GPU, maybe a 7950 or a 7870. Sadly your location is a real issue, but aim to see if you get those first. They will be your most expensive parts. For the motherboard, asrock extreme 3 is what I use and it's pretty solid, I would recommand if you can get a hold of one. Message me back when you can find out what all parts you can get for the CPU and GPU
The problem with our prices is that they used to be as low as US, or netherlands, back in early 2000's. Now we pay about 26% over anything on newegg or similar. Plus we used to have proper retail shops, now with the mobile industry spam, it's dead. Hopefully the consoles will die and mobiles will saturate so PC will reign once more, there's already been quite a sales increase in desktop components, and I'm thankful for those who support PC (sites like this).
this build is $20 over but it is better than any of the other builds they did save up for a little longer and get this youll be happy http://pcpartpicker.com/ca/p/yYv9
Here's a build I've been fiddling with for a friend who is looking in the same price range and wanted to hook it up to his TV. Doesn't include opperating system, but provided you drop the wireless k-board and mouse package you can probably easily fit that in. It has a GTX660, so you will probably be able to split some high and medium on the graphics and be pretty close to what you wanted. You're going to hit a CPU bottleneck in BF3 though, so I don't think you'll be getting exactly what you want out of this in the price range you were hoping for.
I want to thank everyone for helping me choose the parts for my future computer :) (iti multumesc si tie Tropi Ko, nu ma asteptam sa dau de un roman pe aici :D )
