Building a PC with an i5 4690k, and a GTX 970. If I ever overclock, it will be pretty slight. I have found 3 good looking motherboards, what are your opinions on these mobos? Looking for reliability mostly, these all have the features I need. If you know a better mobo for under $130 i'm open to suggestions as well.. thanks!

Sorry, forgot to mention I am really against blue heatsinks, lol. I have a red and black NZXT H440 and the MSI GTX 970 (red and black) and red furyx ram. The blue would just bother me forever so I can't.
out of those 3 id say the asus on the because im not a fan of the qualcomm nics
