Help me choose a motherboard

Hello,

I'm planning to buy a new PC, which will be used mostly for gaming and school projects (programing and stuff)

I need help with choosing a motherboard, i don't plan to OC (atleast not the CPU, i might OC the GPU after some time)

My current parts are:

CPU: INTEL Core i5 3470 3.2GHz http://pcpartpicker.com/part/intel-cpu-bx80637i53470

GPU: GIGABYTE HD7950 3gd Windforce   http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-video-card-gvr795wf33gd

RAM: G.Skill 8GB (2x4GB) 1600MHz http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gskill-memory-f312800cl9d8gbxl

PSU: XFX PRO550W Core Edition http://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1550sxxb9

SSD: Samsung 840 series 120GB http://pcpartpicker.com/part/samsung-internal-hard-drive-mz7td120bw

CASE: NZXT.Source 210 Elite http://pcpartpicker.com/part/nzxt-case-s210e001

I plan on using the current HDD, which I have in my current PC a Western Digital 500GB (WD5000AACS), the old optical unit NEC AD-7191S DVD-+RW SATA . I'll probably put in my old CPU cooler aswell, a Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro Rev.2 (got it on sale for 10€ and a good deal in my opinion).

I'm decinding between these boards:

ASUS P8H77-V http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-motherboard-p8h77v
or

Gigabyte GA-H77-D3H (can't find the link on pcpartpicker)

I have used asus boards in many of my builds and i love them, they have a great colour scheme to. So i would get The Asus MB.

An Asrock z77 extreme4 is great for the price, My friend of mine used it in his build (similar to yours) and he loves it, plus gold caps, you be rollin'
