What are you doing with your PC? and why 3 980tis for 1080p displays, even if they are 144hz, you're just going to run into a ton of issues with that set up, and actually Fury Cards in crossfire are probably preferable due to better scaling, unless you're going to OC the 980tis in a custom water cooled set up

but I don't really think this is a real build

this looks like a dream build more than a realistic build. what could you possibly be doin with that amount of power anyway?

I would be trying to run all my games max video editing streaming My computer science work.

Well you only need to spend maybe, 3k on that, +/- some 4k displays

and this would be the 27" 4k display, though 40" 4k displays like a wasabi mango would be preferred, the 4k is just for video editing really, you'd still be gaming at 1080p if you wanted to do a surround set up, or you could do 4k on a single display easy
