Help! Laptops graphics are performing low after formatting it

I have a HP DV6 - 3105tx laptop,

core i7 1.6GHZ

8gb ram

1024 RADEON 5650 Vga Plus shared vga total of 4095MB.

i used to play crysis 3 & bioshock infinite on ultra graphics, recently i had to format my laptop and after i installed all the drivers ect now i can barely run bioshock on high the game graphics are blurred i have to point at something for it to become clear.

help me please :(

and i would like to know if my laptop has an inbuilt vga too ? thats what the guy at the store told me but i have always seen the radeon gpu only.

After you formatted you laptop did you re install the graphics drivers?

If not then you can find them HERE.

Yes i did download them from the AMD website,my windows experience index for graphics was 6.9 but now its 6.7 :(

Sounds like a driver problem to me. Are you sure you got the right one?

Yes the amd website says its the latest for my system.

can someone help me thru teamviewer or something ?

You should also make sure that you don't have any viruses or any unseen programs taking up resources. Watch things in the processes tab of task manager, and make sure nothing fishy is there.

windows experience index scores are bs anyway i woudent worry about it if your laptop is working fine.

There's nothing in my background process, its just weird i used to play those games in ultra and very high now i barely can play them in high

Its working fine, just that i cant play games on ultra or very high settings anymore

That blur thingy is a known bug from Bioshock btw....
