I currently running an H80i in Push Pull configuration. I want to give my h80i to a friend and move to air cooling because I don't like the look of the h80i in my case. These are my specs

I am looking to overclock in the future to about maybe 4.6 or 4.5 tops. I am looking for silence. I don't want to hear this air cooler as my computer sits on top of my next. I have been looking at the noctua cpu coolers as they are very quiet and good cooling. I don't like the nh-d14. Logan did a video on the Nh-U14s but im afraid that it will block my first PCI slot where my graphics card is. Any other good CPU Coolers out there that are Air cooling. It had to be able to cool a 4.5 ghz overclock at tops and be completely quiet. Silence is my big thing.
I think the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus is a good cooler and you can change the fan to better one if you didn't like it : http://www.coolermaster-usa.com/product.php?product_id=2923&product_name=Hyper%20212%20Plus
I have a HN D14 Noctua here and I can highly recommend it.
Very quiet, very cool temps all the time etc.
It's pretty big and not exactly cheap but I've had mine for years now and used it on three systems, and I expect to use it on the next few too, so well worth the investment imo.
What is it exactly that makes you not like it?
I'd agree it's not pretty but in my view no CPU air coolers look genuinely pretty.
If it's looks you're after, I can vouch for the xigmatec dark night frostbourne edition, looks badassed and it kind of sits nicely between the cheaper coolermaster hyper 212s and the more expensive and, in my opinion slightly ugly, NH-D14.
4.5-4.6 on air isn't outside the realm of possibility, but its probably gonna take a substantial air cooler like the NH-D14. Especially because haswell's are not exactly known to be the best OCing chips in the world. I'd recommend at least the NH-U14, and if you manage to keep your voltage down, you should be okay!
