Depends on what plans you have for the CPU. If you don't plan on overclocking then the CM Hyper 212 is great but the Noctua is a great cooler if you plan on overclocking mildly. I don't have personal experience with that case but both should fit no problem, also depends what socket CPU you have but again you shouldn't have problems there as most CPU coolers cover most sockets.
The Hyper 212 should be able to fit.
The Hyper 212 is a great budget cooler. Of course, the Noctua will be a lot quieter and perform a little bit better.
This is a little more than the NH-L12, but it is better performance and just as quiet.

The Hyper 212 evo is a very good cooler though and you won't have problems. If money is a factor, then get the 212 evo.
but if you are trying to get a higher overclock or want the quietest possible, then go for the NH-U12S. It is roughly the same size as the 212 evo and will fit in the case you linked.
