Hopefully this is the right category for this. I remember seeing the movie years ago. It was a zombie/horror movie.
I remember the movie starting with children collapsing and waking up as zombies like about 20 years later. They were monitored as well.
That's all I remember. I have no idea about the year/actors or the director.
