Help Hacked Twitter

Hello fellow Hackers I have been put in a very sticky situation, my twitter account has been hacked and the email has been changed and I have forgotten the password however I can access it on my android non rooted phone but I need to regain access on my laptop I was browsing the internet and I found twit hack is this a virus or can I legit use this thing to get back my account if no one knows dose someone have a computer for testing this kind of thing I hope someone can help me :(

It's usually safe to assume that any XX_hack is either a virus or a scheme to collect your data

If hacking was as simple as getting a hack program you would not see any of these services functioning normally.

If you still want to test some program, do it in a virtual machine where there's absolutely no data about you

yea I could do that but I really don't care this is for a friend if you can hack twitters let me know though
