Help for creating an insane a budget Gaming Build

The basic idea of this is I'm looking for a well detailed list on what a user who is primarily going to game on their computer. I am look for the best parts on a $550 USD budget build, because considering the budget I won't have much in terms of high quality parts but it'll be a build that will hopefully out preform my current set up.

I also do not have as much of flexibility in terms of my budget for personal reasons, but the maximum I could stretch the budget would be $650.

I guess the best option is something like this

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/nn4Zzy I really like the combo of a Fx 6300 and a R9 270. This can totally max out stuff like Bf4 and Titanfall :)

If you don't plan to overclock, you could probably do away with the hyper 212.

Would it be able to render light videos as well?

Anything can render light videos.

However, the 6 core builds will render the videos faster than the 4 core ones.  There's simply more computational power.

Ah alright thank you.

+1, assuming Gigabyte fixed their 970 mobo issue
