I'm deciding between these:
1. Arctic Cooling Freezer 13 PRO = 34,72€
2. Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO = 30,19€
3. Corsair H60 Hydro Series = 72,64€
Which one should I buy? What is the differance between them?
Is watercooling worth buying if I go OC?
It all depends on how much you are going to O.C. and what CPU you plan to. For small increases you woud be fine with air cooling but if you want to go past around 4GHz water cooling would be needed. Anything further than 4.5GHz go for an H80, H100, Kracken H60, etc.

I highly recommend the Scythe Mugen 3 Rec.B with Arctic Silver 5 Thermal paste. In running that on a i5 2500k OC 4.2 Ghz, At idle i get ambient room temps +- 1degree and at full load it barely scrapes over 41degrees with a room temp of around 23 degrees. Its also VERY quiet and is only 64 NZD from QuietPC(international store).
Over here that Scythe Mugen laröosgtr8 mentioned costs arounds € 40.
I am planning to buy an AMD FX-6300 and I want to run it at stock clockspeed. No OC intended, ever. Which custom cooler would do fine for me?
Noctua NH-D14 its good as Corasir H100 and costs less...
