Help choosing monitor

Hi everybody. I’m looking for a new monitor, and for once i want a descent one. I do a bit of photoediting aswell as gaming, so it need to be fairly colour accurate and a descent refresh rate is wanted aswell. And of course it should be at least 1440p or 4k.
So far im leaning toward Acer ConceptD CP3 CP3271K or LG UltraGear 27GL850, but nothing is settled yet, and any input is highly aprecciated.

requirements:
colour accurate
high refresh rate
high resolution

budget is ~1000$ and it have to be avaible within EU so the cheap taiwaneese panels are out

This one should fit your specs, the LG you already mentioned is probably a bit better though.
