Help choosing a CPU Cooler

Need help choosing a cpu cooler for this build http://pcpartpicker.com/p/H3HY. Trying to keep it under $100 but would pay more if its worth it. 

Any suggestions regarding the build would also be appreciated.

if you are thinking air cooling i would go with the 

Noctua 140mm SSO CPU Cooler

would like to go with the v6gt but i can tfind a reseller in australia...any other suggestions?

I would go with the Noctua NH-D14 and then call it a day.

I really want to rebuy one. They're epic but currently can't justify slapping one onto my Pentium G2020. Will definitely get one for my CPU upgrade in the future.
