I live in Belgium & I'm planning on building a new gaming rig ( http://de.pcpartpicker.com/p/CbyPTW ) with a €500 budget. My plan at the moment is OC a G3258 and replace it in a year or 2 with a 4690K or something similar. And I'll probably upgrade the GPU around the same time. I'm reasonably settled with the rest of the parts but I'm not sure what I motherboard I require. I'd like something that will help me overclock and that will last me around 5 years before I have to think about replacing it.
I can get the MSI Z97-GAMING 5 for €151 but I've also found the following for around the same price.

Can anyone help point me in the right direction? Am I aiming too high or too low? Should I discount any brand?
