HELP! Cannot enter the BIOS - GA Z77 DS3H

HELP!

I put together my new PC/Hackintosh yesterday. today i want to install everything but: if i start the computer the Gigabyte Screen with the options what to do pops up but i cannot enter the BIOS. 5 secs later the screen goes away an a massage comes up i need to reboot and plug in a boot device.

 

Help!

okay now i can enter by pressing f2 instead of delete but the screen is extremly buggy what can i do?

First things first, did you refer to the manual?
