So im going to build my first gaming computer. And i was wondering if anyone can help me picking up good parts.

Budget is around 900 to 1000 euros.

Theres is what i picked up.

So id like to hear if those are good parts for gaming or are there better for that price.

heres what I managed to get.  The powersupply could be better and more effecient and an ssd would proably put you over.  That or you could up the video card to a 670.

I also just gave you a 2500k since its unlocked and a cpu cooler so you could just overclock it.

Looks like a really nice build to me. I do like the motherboard that witteknokkels used better though. I wouldn't go with the Arctic Cooler Freezer 7 Pro though. I bought one of those for my AMD system a long time ago, and it didn't improve the temperatures very much at all. If you want a cheap cpu cooler, then go with the Cooler Master Hyper 212+. That 1TB hard drive is also nice, but I've heard seagate can be a little iffy sometimes. I wouldn't know, because I've always used Western Digital though.

That Corsair power supply is really nice, so just go with that. Never buy OCZ power supplies. They're known to have ridiculous coil whining issues.

Also, I'd get a different case. The Centurion is pretty old.

didn't know that about ocz power supplies

Thanks for the info.

i was thinking getting Centurion 5 II but couldn't find it on that site

Your build looks good, Myself I would change the ASRock motherboard for an ASUS but that is just personal preference. Looks like you have a pretty solid machine picked out!

I did some changes on the list

So should that Ivy Bridge processor work on that motherboard with BIOS update of some kind?

It's a Z77 chipset, so I don't know why you'd have to update the bios. It should work fine out of the box.
