Help Building $700 Work/Gaming PC

   I have been converted from the console to the PC! I need a new computer for work. But I also want to use it to game. For work I use a lot of different video editing programs along with design programs like Photoshop and illustrator. My budget is around seven hundred dollars. I need Sugestions and help, i'm new to all this.

All are over budget, though. Still under $800, except for the Xeon build.
