Help building 700 dollars build!

Guys i want to build a cheap AMD system, for 800-700 dollars Without OS.
I want to use a His 7870 Ghz edition. So kinda want a Pci 3.0 express slot. Unless can convince me to get something better for the money!
Also want a 80+bronze(or above) certified power supply, with one twelve volt rail.
Basically I want a system like the one that Logan made for youtube. But i want a little more "Newer" parts. Cause money can buy so much more!
I also would like a SSD I know its only 1, but i can upgrade in the near future.

Please HELP!!!

Get a SSD later on put the money into a better Gpu/Cpu.

how's that look

i would've built a little differently, but i went with what you asked for (pcie-3 won't really be used by a 7870, besides amd doesn't support it)

SEnd me one with how you would have built it. But still i want bronze certified power supply, with one 12 volt rail

Dude the Sapphire Radeon 7950, is such a bad card! I know the littlest about computers, but that only lasts for a couple months, then it takes a crap! If you would, make me a different GPU

Pick***

i would probably go with pumpkinmaster's except with the same asus board i had

You could drop the fx 8320 and go with the 8350. It wouldn't make a huge performance difference but it comes with a better then average fan for 199. same price as a 8320 with an aftermarket cooler.

Pumpkins build is a solid build that would run pretty cool so I would go with that.

the 8350 and 8320 (maybe all fx, not really sure) come with identical heatsinks

Oh nice! I didn't know if the 8320 did or not. There is really no need to buy a new one since the one that comes with them is not bad at all.

I don't know what your experience is with 7950's but the 3gb model is a budget beast. The entire card series is not bad maybe just the one you've witnessed. It is really a good card.

you can't really overclock at all with it and it's loud as hell

the night hawk on the otherhand is one of the best air coolers for its price, and it's significantly quiter

Yea I totally understand the noise aspect...I had an asus gaming laptop that annoyed the hell out of me because it sounded like a jet taking off. He does mention he knows the littlest about computers so OC won't be an issue.

if ur overclocking you will want to get an after market cpu cooler

if you are i would go with this http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1onD1

it is a little over budget but if ur not overclocking then drop the xigmatek and you'll be sweet

What about a FX-6350?

I wonder what multi core apps he would be running...

Upgrade in the near future will most likely need to be a HDD.

Well saphire makes bad cards! Look up the reviews!

Pick up a gigabyte card then.
