This thing is hogging my CPU since I deleted Norton which was hogging even more, at idle when I am not gaming or on the internet my CPU is at 10% because of that thing and occasionally gets up to 30% at idle, it is getting really annoying I have an AMD FX 6200

Are you referring to MSE? Make sure you don't have 2 running you can also disable the service if you feel the need and limit how much cpu usage MSE will use in its options.
Don't know, doesnt say anything about that it is "Antimalware Service Executable"
well you need to wipe out anthing thats taking up that much resources unless your running it.
