Help a Gamer with a terrible ping out

I really want to play BF4 but my Ping sucks (~500ms).

If you could help this guy get his petition through that would be awesome.

I Signed it, offline modes can also be cool when your internet goes down.

A temporary solution was BattlePing. Buddy used it to play on Korean servers and worked very nice ^^

I loved the offline for black ops if they do that for battlefield this would be a definite buy I shall sign.
