Here I a page of GPU at the $100.00 range. As you can see there are “eggs” of quality that you can read from people that actually own these cards. Five eggs is great, one egg is stay away! Have a look at these and see if anything catches your friends eyes.
thank you shall chek out now

How about this ? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202011 I know it's over your budget, but it's by so small of an amount. It would be a better choice than a 7750, for only $15 more.
Place the specs mate. Then I can effectively choose a graphics card. I don't think he wants to have a bottlenecked chipset.
Here's a nice overclockable build. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/C1qO I don't know your friend's budget, so this is what I'm assuming is a good price.
This is horrible?!>!! Wat!??!?!??! no no no no !?!?!?
Seriously though, 16Gb of ram, a 200$ case, an 80$ 500w psu...everything.
That list is awful.
im gonna get my finger crosed and hope that was a troll.
Lol, I was just trolling. I really hope he doesn't go with that build.
After the trollol, here's a partially good build. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/C7iL
$115,
the 7770 is great price to performance, I have used it and it will run pretty much all modern games (I never ran itno a game I couldn't play on it)

an older model like a 6770 or a gtx 460 is around $100 is gonna give you alot of power for your buck
Looks good but drop the winders 7 and cpu cooler and grab a 7870 XT (7930). I am pretty sure that cpu should be a huge bottle neck.
Get a 7750 or a 7770 if you can afford it.
Yeah I would spend the extra $20 and get the 7770. I had a Asus 7770 for a couple weeks it was a nice little card for the moeny.
