Heat problem with current cooling

lately my cpu has been idling at 50+C and under 60-70% load it will be around 90 so i try to avoid heavy gaming.

my liquid cooling is http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835209049

a couple of weeks after i installed it the stock fan stopped working so i just put on one of the ones that came with the case.

i thought about the pump being the one causing this but because it is a closed loop i dont know how to check it.

Reseat it, and put new thermal paste on.

ill try that when i get home thanks for the quick reply

If you want to test if its the pump, Turn on the PC, load your temprature monitor, then unplug the pump from the CPU. If your tempratures skyrocket, then its not the pump. (Be sure to plug it back in as soon as you see rising tempratures) Your fan could not be pushin enough air, is the air coming from it hot? Are your tubes hot? If so, its the fan, or the setup of your case. (Test these things AFTER reseating your CPU with GOOD thermal paste. Not what came with it.)
