Headset upgrade

I'm currently using a Steel Series Siberia V2 headset and I am wanting something that sounds better and is more comfortable (I have a medium/large head, large-ish ears). I do not require a mic, I'll be getting a tabletop microphone soon. I'm not very knowledgeable when it comes to headphones, so I am asking you all for recommendations. My price range is around $100, willing to go $150 if it's worth it.

I like a nice full sound, I'm not a fan of headphones that are treble heavy. I like bass, but I don't want something that is so bass heavy that it overwhelms everything else and turns muddy (Ex: Monster Beats).

Also, I won't mind open back. I don't mind if the sound leaks.

What I'll be using it for:

Gaming

Monitoring and editing audio tracks for videos.

Music

Any Sennheiser or Audiotechnica set around that price would be excellent for your needs.  I know my friend loves his Sennheiser 429s.  I bought a pair of ATH-M35 for my girlfriend and she finds them to be ideal for her.  I use a set of Bose QC20 and they work great for me because I can't stand most over ear or on ear headsets because they cause my ears to sweat.
