I'm looking for a dual ear headset with a mic, I want it for listening to music while I run, and talking on the phone around servers. I was looking at the backbeat 903+. It doesn't have to be wireless if that will be a lot better but it is preferred.
The pair I had were the Kinivo BTH220's. They sound pretty good, also comfortable for a while to. The battery life is impressive as well
How well could you talk on the phone in noisy environments? Such as in a server room?
Fairly well seeing I would often use them when riding my bicycle and talking to someone on the phone. So the server environment shouldn't be much of an inpact
Could you keep your phone in your pocket? One of the biggest problems I've seen with these is poor connectivity.
I'm gonna wake this thread up again and ask about the Bose QC25 in a server-room setting, I don't need them for running though.
Or for that matter any other recommendations as I'm glad to hear them too. I've had the QC25 recommended to me and someone also recommended hearing protection with audio input as used by hunters but I'm pretty sure the sound quality in those will be much worse.
I intend to use the headphones with a phone mostly and I would say that wireless functionality is a plus.
