im running my resolution on 1920x1080 & it still in window mode & i have latest drivers had to use vga 7 no boxes on screen want to use HDMi help

its like you put your resolustion on a lower resolution than 1920x1080 like 1600x1200 their gonna be thses black edges around your screen thats what i get when i use HDMi at 1920x1080
your tv or computer sucks then.
