Hdd uncorrectable sector count?

i ran crystaldiskinfo on my fujitsu mhy2250bh hdd and it says caustion on uncorrectable sector count as 99.

what is this? and how to fixit plz

It means a large amount of your hard drive has failed. It cannot be fixed.
