HDD/SDD for Streaming/Editing

Hello,

Looking to be building a SFF computer in about 2 months just doing my research now as I wont have a connection 24/7 in canada

Ill be using 2 SSD and 1 HDD 

What drives do you guys recommend main thing being

SSD 1 would contain OS and applications on bootup (steam,skype, ect.)

SSD 2 would contain my editing software and files to edit

HDD would contain game files and movies and all the extra "stuff" I have

Only requirement is HDD being 2tb or bigger 

Budget for drives is sitting around 350ish could extend it for build quality/reliability purposes
