HDD hotswap bay w/Fan

I am wanting to add a 3-4 drive hotswapable bay cage into my corsair 650d .

Im planning on mounting it to the floor in the case in place of the stock drive cages.

But with the fan mounted on the side vs. the rear (I dont know if the drives would be cooled enough with it mounted inside the case pulling less air than if it were mounted in 5.25 bays + it makes longer than id like )            I dont care about the locks either. 

Does such a cage exist ?
